got the described phone quick, in brand new condition. Works great for about a third of the price from Panasonic. Used Pay-Pal for the transaction, no hassels what-so-ever. I'd buy from these guys again
I really liked this phone for many reasons - good clarity - long battery life - sturdy design and ease of use. The features are better than many other phones I have had including sending the phonebook from one phone to another. Consider this phone - the base unit and the additional units if you want a good home phone.
We had a few missteps with the delivery of the correct unit. The customr support was very good in resolving the problem (the wrong unit being delivered). The unit works as advertised and the price was right.

The phone is great, but the instructions for Registering it with the base could be better.I had to call Panasonic for instructions. Than it was easy to register it. I am happy with it.
